چکیده
The large difference in mechanical properties and plastic deformation ability of each layer will have a great impact on the overall performance composite sheet prepared by cold-roll bonding. effect rolling material variables stress distribution bonding state zone should be studied. In this work, an accurate cold-rolling model considering anisotropic position-dependent friction is established using slab method. Effects different process are analyzed. Related experiments were performed Ti-Al clads calculation results from compared with experimental results. This can well predict Ti/Al thickness ratio after rolling, smaller initial aluminum strength, more predicted value; minimum error within 1%. coordination between titanium layers becomes better increase reduction strength. At 50% reduction, increases 93.8% to 98.1%, which consistent trend calculated model.

Effect of TiO2 nanoparticles on the bond strength of CP Ti sheet by cold Rolling method
In this work, the strength of cold roll bond of the commercially pure titanium (CP Ti) sheet and the effect of TiO2 nanoparticles on bond strength was investigated. Through the accumulative roll bonding process, which is considered among the important severe plastic deformation processes, the creation of suitable bonds plays a significance role in the ultimate strength of the bond. Thus, resear...

متن کاملBending-Unbending Analysis of Anisotropic Sheet under Plane Strain Condition
The mechanical behavior of cold rolled sheets is significantly related to residual stresses that arise from bending and unbending processes. Measurement of residual stresses is mostly limited to surface measurement techniques. Experimental determination of stress variation through thickness is difficult and time-consuming. This paper presents a closed form solution for residual stresses, in whi...
